Field Guide Visual ID may collect account email, saved-find records, photos selected for identification, approximate or precise location if permission is granted, provider results, and usage counts.

How We Use Information

We use this information to identify images, save user discoveries, sync results across devices, improve reliability, manage trials and subscriptions, and provide support.

Third-Party Services

The app uses Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play Billing, and identification providers such as Kindwise, PlantNet, eBird, or other biodiversity data providers.

Photos And Location

Photos and location are used only to support identification and saved-find features. Users can deny location permission or choose not to save a result.
